Upon attending your initial introductory session, you will be given a unique code word. This exclusive code word grants you six months of access to our specialized Members Portal, which comprehensively covers all the topics scheduled for discussion. Additionally, the Members Portal offers supplementary topics and resources designed to assist you and your child throughout the upcoming years.

With new topics introduced on a regular basis, this resource will prove invaluable in your journey.

Please remember to bring two swim nappies, as our policy necessitates the use of a double swim nappy system, including at least one disposable swim nappy.

While swimmers and rash shirts are optional, you are welcome to utilize them. However, we advise against wetsuit-style swimwear as it may restrict movement and hinder the absorption of minerals.

We suggest bringing two towels due to the absorbency of swim nappies, which can saturate a towel upon your child exits the spa.

Additionally, it is advisable to avoid bringing a pram, as space is limited; opting for a baby carrier is recommended for convenience.

Babies tend to be more comfortable with a full stomach, so feel free to offer them a top-up feed before your session. Before the session commences, our attentive staff will lay out your towels on a changing mat beside the spa for your convenience in changing your little one.

Our classes are designed for small groups, typically accommodating only 3 to 4 parents. Be ready to engage in conversation with other parents during the session.

While we highly advocate for the utilization of neck floats due to their benefits for infants up to 9 months old, it is essential to note that we offer a variety of other floatation devices, such as chest floats and underarm floats.

It is paramount to comprehend that My Baby Bubble Spa cannot assume responsibility for offering supplementary make-up sessions or granting credit for missed classes due to scheduling conflicts, vacations, illness, emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond your control. Unused classes at the conclusion of the course will be considered forfeited. Should you decide to withdraw entirely from the course before the first class commences, a 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.

It is imperative to note that My Baby Bubble Spa cannot be held accountable for providing additional makeup sessions or issuing credit for missed classes due to scheduling conflicts, vacations, illness, emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond your control. Any unused classes at the conclusion of the course will be forfeited.

My Baby Bubble Spa maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behavior. Refunds will not be granted in cases where participants are dismissed from a session due to misconduct. Such behaviors encompass disparagement, negativity, profanity, and assertiveness. It is imperative that all individuals, including our staff, are accorded fair and respectful treatment. While some of our team members may be young, their exceptional expertise, nurturing demeanor, and affable nature exceed standard expectations.

In the Healthy Baby Program, we do not utilize individual pods for infants from birth to six weeks of age. If your child has not received their initial or subsequent immunizations but you choose to participate in the program, we acknowledge and respect your decision. However, it is important to note that we cannot assume liability for any potential complications that may arise from your child not being immunized.

We aim to restrict the group size to four babies per group; however, on occasion, the numbers may rise to a maximum of six babies.

On successful completion of this course, you will be issued with a Certificate of Completion. This is a non-accredited training course.
