Terms & Conditions

⚠️ Collaboration Guidelines: All applicant metrics are carefully audited. Accounts must be based in Australia (able to travel to our Oxenford centre), have an active parenting or family lifestyle focus, and display a minimum 3%+ organic engagement rate. Private accounts or profiles with ghost/purchased followings do not qualify for complimentary sessions. Client Referral rewards are only issued once the referred influencer’s application is officially approved and their promotional deliverables are live.

📸 Content Rights Agreement: By accepting a complimentary session at My Baby Bubble Spa, all collaborating creators grant My Baby Bubble Spa full, permanent, and unrestricted commercial usage rights to all photos, videos, Reels, and TikToks produced during or as a result of the session. We reserve the right to repurpose, edit, and feature this content across our social media channels, website marketing layouts, and paid advertising campaigns.
